On March 15th 2021, Dpurat was awarded “National Demonstration Enterprise for the Honesty of Product & Service”. Dpurat’s products - energy recovery ventilator, silent fresh air supply fan, ventilation dehumidifier, rotary wheel unit were awarded “National Quality Inspection Stable and Qualified Products”.

Measures we take to ensure high product quality:

1. Implement a quality management system ISO 9001

Dpurat implements ISO 9001 to conduct business practices comprising product planning, execution, product delivery. It includes principles to launch a product, such as customer focus, leadership, research and evidence-based decision-making.

2. Always test products.

We are equipped with two noise labs and two enthalpy labs, testing every product before launch and making changes if necessary.

3. Dpurat spends a lot of time and energy perfecting a product before it hits the market winning more than 60 intellectual property rights and 5 invention patents. We believe that only by producing high-quality products can we minimize customer complaints and obtain more repeat business.
